Complaints Policy 

 

If you receive a defective or damaged product, you have the right to file a complaint in accordance with Czech consumer law.

 

How to file a complaint


Please send an email to Creation.mind.set@gmail.com including:
• your order number
• a description of the issue
• clear photos of the defect

We may ask for additional information if needed.

 

Complaint processing time


Complaints are processed without undue delay and no later than 30 days from submission, unless agreed otherwise.

 

Shipping costs


If the complaint is justified, we cover reasonable shipping costs related to returning the defective item.

 

Your rights

 

Depending on the situation, you may be entitled to:
• replacement of the product
• repair (if possible)
• partial refund
• full refund

 

This policy follows the Czech Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act.

Important note
Due to the handmade nature of our ceramics, small visual variations are not considered defects.
