Payment

 

We accept secure payments via the checkout on our website (powered by Shopify). Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include credit/debit cards and other local payment options.

 

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website at the time of purchase. Taxes, shipping, customs fees, and import duties (if applicable) are not included unless clearly stated at checkout.

 

Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email. If a payment is declined or cannot be processed, the order will not be completed.

 

Refunds & Returns

 

Because our pieces are handmade, small variations in color, shape, and glaze are natural and are not considered defects.

You may request a return or refund in the following cases:

 

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
• your order number
• clear photos of the item and packaging

We will offer a replacement (if available) or a refund depending on the situation.

 

Wrong item received

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Change of mind (unused items)

If you wish to return an unused item, contact us within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned:
• unused and in original condition
• securely packaged

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or damage in transit.

 

Non-returnable items

• Custom or personalized orders
• Gift cards
• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery

 

Refund timing
 

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

How to request a refund or return

• your order number
• the reason for the request
• photos (if damaged or incorrect item)

We’ll reply with the next steps and return instructions.
