If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

How to exercise your right

To withdraw from the contract, please notify us by email at Creation.mind.set@gmail.com. You may use the model withdrawal form available on our website, but it is not mandatory.

Return conditions

• Items must be returned within 14 days after notifying us
• Items must be unused and returned in original condition
• You are responsible for return shipping costs

Refunds

We will refund all payments received from you, excluding original shipping costs if non-standard delivery was selected. Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof of shipment.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• custom or personalized items
• goods unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons after use
• items that have been used or damaged by the customer
